The Cow’s Brow Creamery was founded in 2013 with the mission to serve fresh, homemade ice cream to the local community while utilizing as many farm and locally produced ingredients as possible.
We source our unflavored 14% butterfat ice cream base from Upstate Niagara Cooperative in Buffalo, NY. All flavor formulation, batch freezing, and packaging is done on-site on a weekly basis.
We are open seasonally, May through December and serve traditional, classic flavors as well as monthly seasonal flavors as scoops, milkshakes, pints and quarts. We also produce dairy-free seasonal sorbets and no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream to cater to those with allergies or dietary restrictions.
Starting in 2014, we will also sell homemade ice cream sandwiches, ice cream pies, and be able to fulfill custom flavor orders for weddings, birthday parties, or other special events.
